Volunteer

Volunteer We are VERY close to Norfolk County Fair & Horse Show. As a not-for-profit organization, we rely on the support of volunteers like you to put on the events and programs that we offer the community.  While many of our volunteers have been working for months on their part of the Fair, and schedules are ready to roll next week – we do have a few gaps in our schedule that we are reaching out to fill.

We have had overwhelming outreach thus far and if you haven’t heard from us, its not due to a lack of interest or appreciation, but only due to a high volume of support (Great news!).

We would love to have you as a part of #NCF2023. If you are still interested in volunteering one or more shifts at the fair to help us fill some gaps, – OR if you’re already a part of a committee or group and want to add an extra shift in a different area – we invite you to fill out the quick linked form below. All schedules will be finalized in the next few days, so if you are interested, please respond quickly so we can get you set up in advance of the Fair!

**If you are already scheduled for a shift through a committee chair, please do not duplicate that here. This is for NEW shifts, not in conflict with your existing role.

We thank those of you who volunteered with us for the Fairgrounds Festival in June.

We thank those of you (many first time!) who volunteered with us at the RCMP Musical Ride in September, and we are endlessly thankful for those of you supporting the Norfolk County Fair & Horse Show.

Your continued support truly keeps our organization moving forward.

Volunteer Shifts are up to 4 hours, either Morning, midday or evening:

  • Daily admission to the fair for the day of shift
  • Daily Parking at the fair for the day of shift
  • $10 Fair Food voucher per shift
  • Volunteer lounge access – Snacks, water, coffee
  • Training & support materials

Shift times and check in instructions will be emailed to volunteers and posted at a link shared.
