The Norfolk County Fair & Horse Show returns to its full capacity with much anticipation and excitement for its 182nd year, October 4-10 2022. This page will be updated regularly with  the most up to date information and answers to commonly asked questions.  

Q: What is the status of the 2022 Norfolk County Fair and Horse Show?

The Norfolk County Fair and Horse Show will be held October 4-10 2022 and will follow any applicable provincial regulations and local guidance for COVID-19 at the time of the event. As of the time that this page is being published, we will be operating to the fair’s full capacity in attendance, rides, exhibitors, competitions, restaurants, horse shows, concerts and other trackside events. 

Q: How / where can I buy fair admission passes, parking and concert tickets?

2022 admission and parking passes will be sold at all Roulston’s Pharmacies and online at norfolkcountyfair.com starting September 1st at 10 am. 

Concert tickets will be available online only at norfolkcountyfair.com, starting September 1st at 10 am. 

Q: Will there be entertainment and grandstand shows?

All day and evening entertainment and grandstand events will be returning to the full capacity this year. Five nights of Motorsports and Two headline concerts. Grandstand events are free with fair admission, with the exception of Friday night Hunter Brothers concert and Saturday night Walk off the Earth concert, for which reserved seats can be purchased for $5 each in advance. Q: How much are tickets?

Daily fair admission tickets start at $13 for adults, $8 for Youth and Kids 5 and under are free. Additional ticket pricing, and parking information can be found here

Concert tickets start at $5 for reserved grandstand seating or accessible seating in limited quantities, $45 for Party on the Track general admission (19+), and $100 for VIP section (19+).

Q: Will Ride All Day bracelets be available for purchase in advance?

Ride All Day bracelets will be available to purchase iIN ADVANCE until October 3rd online and at both Roulston’s Pharmacies locations.

Ride bracelets will be sold on the grounds ONLY October 10th during the fair operational hours directly from the World’s Finest Shows ticket kiosks.

Q: What are the Grandstand Concerts this year?

Friday  – Hunter Brothers

Q: How much are concert tickets?

  • Party on the Track, Standing Room (19+) – $45
  • Party on the Track VIP (19+) – $100
  • Reserved Grandstand Seat – All Ages – $5
  • Accessible Seating – All Ages – $5 (includes +1 companion)

 

Q: How do I purchase concert tickets?

Concert tickets will go on sale Thursday September 1 @ 10am at norfolkcountyfair.com.

Q: Where is the daily schedule?

The daily schedule is being completed and will be posted soon on our website and social media channels.

Q: What are the hours of operation?

The gate hours for this year’s fair will be from 8 am until 9 pm. Building hours will be listed on the daily schedule and our website.

Q: Will there be midway rides? Which ones?

Rides will be back to the full capacity. World’s Finest Shows will again provide us with rides for everyone to enjoy at this year’s fair.

Q: What about the competitions and horse shows?

Many of the competitions and horse shows that are an important part of Fair tradition are be back this year.  The full list of all categories and prizes can be found  HERE . This year’s printed copies of prize books are located in the fair office between the hours of Monday to Thursday 9 am – 5 pm and Friday 9 am – 4 pm. The deadline to submit entries is September 24th at 5pm.

Q: Do we need to be vaccinated or show a vaccination record to enter?

The Norfolk County Fair and Horse Show does not require attendees to be vaccinated or provide proof of vaccination status for entry to the fair, any of the buildings or to attend any of the grandstand events/shows. 

Q: Are masks required?

Masks are not required to attend the fair or enter the buildings. Masks will be a personal choice.

Q: Can I bring my dog/animal?

Only service animals are permitted to be brought on the fairgrounds by event goers.
