Eat & Drink FAQ
Eat & Drink Norfolk returns with much anticipation April 7-9, 2022. We are working closely with the Haldimand-Norfolk Health Unit to ensure the health and safety of our attendees, volunteers and staff. With provincial and municipal health and safety protocols currently in place, our attendees will likely have questions.
This page will be updated with answers to commonly asked questions with any new information as regulations evolve. Thank you for your cooperation and support as we navigate these challenging times together.

Q: What is the status of the 2022 Eat & Drink Norfolk event?
Eat & Drink Norfolk will be held April 7-9, 2022 at The Aud. All provincial regulations and local health unit guidance for COVID-19 at the time of the event will be followed.
Q: Do we need to be vaccinated or show a vaccination record to enter?
As per current provincial regulations, vaccinations ARE NOT mandatory at this event.
Q: Are masks mandatory?
As per current provincial regulations, masks ARE NOT mandatory at this event. If you wish to wear a mask, you are welcome to do so.
Q: Will there be sanitizer available?
We will have several stands and bottles of sanitizer throughout the building.
Q: Where can we buy tickets and how much are they?
Ticket prices are $14 for Thursday and $16 for Friday and Saturday. They can be purchased online here as well as at the Fair Office during business hours Monday to Friday. Tokens can also be purchased in advance at the Fair Office.
Q: What are the hours of operation?
- Thursday, April 7 5pm-10pm
- Friday, April 8 5pm-10pm
- Saturday, April 9 1pm-10pm
Q: Will there be live music as in previous years?
Absolutely! Check out our event page for the entertainment listing.
Q: Can I bring my children to the event?
This event is strictly for those 19 years of age and older. Babes in arms or in strollers cannot be admitted.
Q: How much are the food and drink samples?
Each vendor at the event sets their own pricing for their offerings at their booth. Tokens are sold for $1 each. The average price is $2-$5.
Q: Which local restaurants, wineries and breweries will be there?

Q: Are there non-alcoholic beverages available?
Absolutely! There will be vendors selling specialty coffee, juice, pop and water.
Q: I have special dietary needs. Will there be something appropriate for me?
Please contact the food vendors in advance. They are listed on our website.
Q: What is this fundraiser for?
Any profits are used to support programming at the Norfolk County Fair & Horse Show in October.
Q: What else goes on at this event?
There are fabulous prizes to be won:
1. Be sure to find the voting booth to vote for your favourite vendors! There are multiple prizes to be won!
2. Hand in your sampling glass on your way out and enter for a chance to win great prizes!
3. We will have 50/50 tickets for sale over the three days of the event. The draw will take place Monday, April 11 at the Fair office.
