As our Fair enters its 183rd year of operation, attending Norfolk County Fair & Horse Show has remained a tradition for many families over many generations, here in Ontario. Our award winning Fair has brought attendees from all demographics – various ages, ethnic and socio-economic backgrounds, welcoming 130,000 patrons to the grounds in 2023.
Our traditional agricultural fair offers patrons an unique mix of shopping, food concession, live entertainment, motorsports, agricultural education programs, competitions in food, livestock, and art, a midway and horse shows. The Norfolk County Agricultural Society takes great pride in this community-based 7-day event .
Participating as a Commercial Exhibitor, Food Concession or Market Vendor in our Fair can have very many benefits to your business:

Pricing for booth space varies depending on many factors such as indoor space, outdoor space and utilities. Please complete the application form so that the Vendor Coordinator can assist you further in becoming a potential vendor at this year’s Fair.
APPLICATION FORMS:
Applications for vendor participation are accepted on an ongoing basis. Spots are filled first come, first served, with first invitations to returning vendors. By filling out the application form you are confirming your intent to participate, and confirmation will be provided within two business days after filling out the form.
