If a contract is issued, it will be assigned on basis of this list. The following products are prohibited from distribution during the Norfolk County Fair & Horse Show: Knives, swords, Helium Balloons, Electrical products not C.S.A. approved, Laser guns, Pointer guns, Potato guns, Marshmallow guns, products depicting images or statements deemed offensive, Drug paraphernalia, Silly string, Lottery Tickets, toy knives/guns, masks (anything that cover the face) and any items that are deemed inappropriate by the Norfolk County Agricultural Society.
GIVEAWAYS/RAFFLES; Giveaways: Free items for filling out an draw/application must be listed in detail above. Raffle Tickets: the sale of lottery or raffle tickets are not permitted on the premises without prior approval from the Norfolk County Agricultural Society Board of Directors. Free Draws are subject to restrictions.
