Please be advised of the proposed motion to amend the Constitution Article V Section 3
3 a In view of issues due to the Global Health Emergency of 2020-2021 any person holding a membership in 2019 and /or 2020 AND 2021 shall be entitled to vote at the Annual Meeting. This amendment is temporary and shall expire of June 1, 2021
